To organize a virtual event, you will need to fill out an Event Form and an Independent Contract for the PTSA to have on record. 

 

• Fill out this form and forward it along to President@ryeneckptsa.org. Be sure to copy the VP you report into.

 

• Fill out an Event Form

• Put your name and contact information as “Supervisor in charge.”

• Send the completed form to the building principal and copy the VP you report into.
