2024-2025 Email Request Guidelines
The PTSA sends emails to the district contact list on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
If you have a communication request, please send an email to the Corresponding Secretary (corrsec@ryeneckptsa.org) with the Subject: Email Request - (Your Event Name) at least 2 weeks ahead of email deployment with the following information:

Your name and email address

Date, time, and location of the event

Additional details/text that should go into the body of the email

Is there a website link? If so, please include

If there are any images that should be included, please attach them directly to your email

What grades should be informed of your message? Please be specific (2nd grade only, K-5, middle school, high school, entire district, etc)

Besides yourself, is there anyone else you would like to see a draft of this email prior to being sent out? If so, include their email address.
Email Design Review & Approval
A drafted PTSA email will be sent to the President, requesting VP, and CH prior to it being sent to the intended audience. Please review the details to ensure they are correct and send any changes or approval to the Corresponding Secretary (corrsec@ryeneckptsa.org)
Emails will not be sent until we have approval from the PTSA President and VP associated with the email content.
