Rye Neck PTSA

2024-2025 Email Request Guidelines

The PTSA sends emails to the district contact list on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

 

If you have a communication request, please complete these instructions 7 days ahead of email deployment: 

 

 

 

  • Please note: You will receive a copy of your submission so you know the Corresponding Secretary has received it. Kindly forward this confirmation to your VP so that they know the request has been made. 


 

Email Design Review & Approval 

 

A drafted PTSA email will be sent to the requesting VP and CH prior to it being sent to the intended audience. Please review the details to ensure they are correct and send any changes or approval to the Corresponding Secretary (corrsec@ryeneckptsa.org)

 

Emails will not be sent until we have approval from the PTSA President and VP associated with the email content.
