Daniel Warren and F.E. Bellows
PTSA Class Parent Program for 2025-2026
Welcome back to school!
Each class at Daniel Warren and F.E. Bellows has 2- 3 Class Parents. They work together and prepare for class and/or grade events as a team.

Class Parents play a key role in creating a fun, connected, and memorable school year by:

-
Organizing classroom parties and celebrations
-
Partnering with teachers to support class activities
-
Helping plan grade-wide events and memorable moments
-
Communicating with families and building community

We hope that you will consider volunteering. Below is information about the class parent program.

Class Parent (CP): Are you a team player who is creative and organized? The CP’s will meet with the teacher at the start of the year to review class events, collect and manage class funds, communicate with parents about social happenings throughout the year, and help secure volunteers for PTSA events. Class Parents will work together to divide up the workload evenly.
Grade Level Coordinator (GLC): Each Grade has one HCP who will act as a liaison between the HCPs and the grade level teacher team leader. The GLC will also coordinate and schedule all grade-level activities, such as field days. Prior experience as an HCP is helpful in this role.
*Grades K - 4: 2-3 class parents
*Grade 5: 2 class parents who work closely with the Fifth Grade Affairs team
All Class Parents are strongly encouraged to attend PTSA General Membership meetings.
