End-of-Year Grants

Each year the PTSA aims to raise funds to meet our budget and to spend all of it on educational and enrichment programs for all students, as well as community building events like RNMS Spooktacular and Senior Send-off. The PTSA is charged with spending money equally across all 4 schools.

 

When the annual projected budget is surpassed, the Executive Committee works with the Rye Neck Administration to create a "wishlist" of potential gifts that would benefit the students and faculty at each school, as well as the district as a whole. As a PTSA, we are bound to the PTSA State Guidelines to make appropriate gifts. We then submit the request for a grant to the Board of Education for approval.
